Functions as a vessel: in the sense of a ship on which to navigate the seas of possibility, and also in the sense of a container  – a space apart – that resides outside of the pressures of acceleration, ‘innovation’, and the so-called creative and cultural industries. Here Jakob Van den Broucke and Kasper Demeulemeester, the executive committee of TIC/WIP further the development of new divisions of Temporary Information Center.
